I have extensive experience offering online and telephone therapy. In my work I have been concentrating on developing ways that can accommodate clients lifestyle and circumstances that may not always enable attendance of in-person sessions.
For over 10 years I have been working with clients who travel extensively for work, live in a remote area, or live abroad and therefore need to rely on online therapy. While it might be preferable to conduct therapy in person, it is also important to allow for flexibility so as not to leave people who are in need and could benefit from therapy without the service they need. This is particularly relevant during the current pandemic.
